Country Strong!!!

Soooo I am not going to lie, country strong was not one of the best movies i have ever seen in my life.  Some parts of the movie seemed to last forever, while others moved too quickly. The plot was cute and so was  one of the main characters Garret Hedlum. I have decided he will be my new husband. For all you redneck haters out there this movie was not very countrified; the title was probably the most country thing in it entire movie.

Yvonne Michaud is what made seeing this movie so special. Not only did we sing along to " I've got friends in low places" by Mr. Garth Brooks and call out what was about to happen during much of this film before it happened, but we got to see our future selves at the movie theater because over 80% of the audience was a senior citizen. I guess thats what happens when you go to the 11:25 movie.

When we were babies people thought we were twins, little did they know we are so different. Yvonne loved horses and could be found most days after school riding one down our road.... i wanted nothing to do with them, i felt much more safe on the other side of the fence. Yvonne was a fish in the water while i  relied on baby floaties. She grew faster, was stronger,  more tan, and usually made better grades. To me everything seemed to come easier to her, therefore i was always very jealous of her. As we got older our differences only intensified. We liked different music, had different friends, and different hobbies. But we always had each others backs. There was never a doubt in my mind that my best friend wouldn't be there to help me just .8 miles down our road. We grew up together, figured out boys, went on adventures, and got lost together, conquered high school, and dreamt  about leaving Ponder together.  Even though we are in different parts of the united states there is no doubt in my mind that our friendship is anything but  COUNTRY STRONG
