Bye Bye Mexican food.

So I have been home for one week and one day. How many times have I had mexican food since I have been home you may ask? 1 time! AND that was during the drive home ( gosh how I have missed taco shacks on the side of the road!) in my head that doesn't even really count.
Why is there such a lack of mexican food in this hungry little texans life? Because my mother is on a crazy crazy crazy health food binge and informed me that we are getting back into shape which means....

1) No Sugar- Sugar and me go together like a fish to water. seriously. Cookies are my best friend and ice cream is my go to man. I think I can muster up the strength to not have these sweet temptations though, after all I have the rest of my life to indulge right?

2) No/ very little carbs- this means no pasta, bread, or basically anything else that is scrumptious. Once again I can handle it. Who needs bread any way?

3)NO MEXICAN FOOD - First of all my blood is basically made of salsa ( which thankfully i am allowed to have). I can't have this the rest of my life because I go to college in the great state of INDIANA which means there is a serious lack of mexican food... and if there is mexican food they think ketchup is hot sauce! :0 I can not possibly live with this. I believe this is a personal attack from my mother on me. She is obviously testing to see how much I can take before I crack.

4) 2- thats the amount of meals my mother wants us to have a day....

5) Gym memberships- I am all for the gym... I just hate being judged by huge dudes walking around with not enough clothing on flexing their stupid Protein Head  biceps in my face. GET A LIFE PROTEIN HEADS! I thinks its a problem when your arms can't peacefully rest at your sides and you have lost your neck.. but thats just me...

As a result of these measures I have been in a very pissed off mood for the past week, and starving to death.  So beware... there is a crazy texan ready to bite your head off ( both literally and figuratively) running around... don't cross her.
